While browsing through the PS2 selection at my local video games store, I happened upon a game called 'Demolition Girl'. The cover is of a bikini-clad girl facing away from you with a crumbling building to the left. the back is covered in engrish, and from what I could make out, it was about controlling a Japanese media helicopter and trying to get footage of a 50ft. high bikini-clad girl who is causing chaos on a Japanese island. The only unlockable bonuses are new swimsuits for the 50ft. high girl. This is quite probbably the crappest. Game. Ever.

Alloy's moves are versatile and easy to use. A particular favorite of mine is the jumping spin attack, which is produced by jumping, then fierce attacking causes him to spiral up, higher than a normal jump. This can be used to great effect, as I will outline below.
You can use it to reach a power-up before your opponent(s) do(es), quite handy when you are all at low health, as well as using it to push them off-stage or into the garbage compressor in the Junkyard and deal massive damage.
Tornado Clash
When an opponent is jumping up in the air and is within range, jump up to meet them and fierce attack them, throwing them of balance and screwing up their jump.
Rising Sun
Get below an opponent who is higher up than you, then jump and spiral up from below into them. This can be a great surprise, especially if they are concentrating on something else.
Eagle strike
Quite tricky to pull off. You just jump off higher ground onto an enemy and spin attack them at the precise moment you get near. This not only damages them, but it places you close to an opponent who is off-guard and is open to attack, plus you rise during the spin so you can spin attack again if you like.
Slash 'n Grab
Simply jump and land behind an opponent and spin into them. This gives a wonderful way to circumnavigate shields and hit them directly.

So you have washed your hands. (Hopefully at all, let alone with soap. Soap dispensers are non-existent at my school.) Now it is time to dry them, usually. If you are lucky, the bathroom will be equipped with paper towel. The uber-extravagant men's at my local gold class cinema (A luxury cinema, where you get champagne and a reclining seat instead of the usual fare) has a red towel that is washed and replaced regularly. A sheer miracle in today's age of run-down public toilets. Most days, there is a hand drier. it work much like the Sensor tap, only it belches out hot air instead of water. Sometimes there is a push button in it's place and hot air comes out for a pre-determined time.
So there it is. A brief look at public toilets today. I will be posting some of Alloy's combination moves from the hugely popular newgrounds game, Newgrounds Rumble, next. After that I have a school project coming up so there will probbably be no posts for about a week or so.
Cya.

Ever been shopping with your parent/guardian/wife/significant other, and desperately needed to go for a pee? Apparently the average human reaches an uncomfortable bladder level every 2-3 hours. So you walk about 50 meters (300ft for US) down the shopping center, and spot the small alleyway that leads to the bathroom. You walk down the hall, looking smugly at the women's bathroom lines (This is written from a male perspective, as I am male and know nothing of the female bathrooms, other than the fact that they are in much better condition, as I am told.) You push open the door, and there it is, the bathroom in all it's
rank glory. If you are male, and are going for a pee, you have the convenience of an urinal. Men are lucky in the respect that we have walls fitted with drains that we just pee in. if it is a nice, sensible urinal that only goes down to your waist, it is quick and easy. However, more recent models go all the way to the floor and are made of metal, increasing the splatter and giving you the difficult task of trying to pee between your shoes, instead of on. So you pull or zip up your pants, and go to wash your hands. (If you are a clean and decent person. Most people I know simply walk out with tiny bits and drops of bile, dead cells, digested and dried food, waste cellular water, wood pulp, hair and 'other things' on their hands. Hygiene is important!!) There are three different tap systems that I know:
- Standard -
You have two taps, one for cold water and one for hot water that have their own spouts. Simple, but hard if you want warm water, not hot or cold.
A variation is just one water temprature, not two. Makes for more fustration as your nurse your either numb or burnt hands.
- Mixer -
Just like the standard, except that the taps come out of one spout, allowing for more versatility in water temprature by turning each tap to the desired amount.
A newer model has one, futuristic-looking tap. If you pull it up, you get more water. if you pull it right, the water gets colder. Pull left, and warmer water comes out.
- Sensor -
There is a small sensor on the underside of the spout, no tap. the sensor works like the handriers, but instead of drying your hands, it sends a stream of water out.
An older model had a push button instead of the sensor in the position that the tap would normally be. you would push the button, and a short burst of water comes out. unfortunately, it doesn't wash your hands as well as the other systems.
I am afraid that I will have to cut it short here, as I must go to bed now. it is 10:00 pm here in Australia. I will be continuing this in my next post tomorow. Goodnight.
A nice animation on the subject of men's public bathrooms can be found right here on Newgrounds, more specifically Here.
